Gene is a friendless anti-obesity activist who spends his days informing strangers about the dangers of childhood obesity. In desperate need of a friend, Gene strikes up a friendship with Titty, an emotional, 19-year-old trust funder. When Gene discovers Titty has an ongoing online relationship with a beautiful animal activist named Ginger, he persuades Titty to make the journey to meet her. Along the way, Gene finds himself vying for the Ginger’s troubled heart as well. “Funny Bunny” is a serious comedy about three afflicted people on the search for happiness.
